Yes but there is a way to hear all radio traffic on 1 frequently just trying to figure out how?Did you look in the database?

The feed is 161.800 which is combined Fire and EMS Paging but Fire Dispatch (161.825) and EMS Dispatch (161.925) are separate. That may be the source of the confusion.
Just to clarify, combined Fire and EMS paging/dispatch is 161.800, then the two "Com" channels (response/ops, not dispatch) are separated 161.825 for Fire and 161.925 for EMS.
Anyway, if you only want to hear the dispatches, monitor 161.800. If you want to hear the units actually responding, you'll have to listen to the other two frequencies as well.

The reason you hear them on Broadcastify is because it is being transmitted from someones scanner who provides the feed.
