"Summer of hell" freqs

Any of you rail fans in the NY metro area notice the use of any different frequencies/more activity then usual during this so called "Summer of hell" with all the extra railroad work going on?

So far ive noticed Amtrak is a bit busy on their usual freqs 161.01 as well as 160.920 and the MTA on 160.725 and 160.785 but thats really about it
Also ive been getting a bit of activity on 160.590 running in CSQ - not sure who/where this is coming from or if its related to this situation at all but it does seem to be some type of railroad ops...

So far nothing much has changed on the Harlem Line of Metro North.

I just got back into the city after some out of state work, But i will fire up the APX and see what i can find over the next week.
