Could also be near channel, as 460.3125 is part of the UHF system.

Seeing a smaller PD active now as well, talk group 2008 with radio ids in the 70xxxxx range, maybe Portland based on an address mentioned. Best for a local to listen and confirm.
Listening now... Will update when I hear something and have an analog HT on the Portland channel for comparison.

Seems like your guess was right. Also, I did hear one or two transmissions on the analog system that were NOT mirrored on the 2008 TG, but they were very brief and seemed to be a supervisor based on the order given (all units clear, unless this meant all units clear of the old system). This was the last heard analog transmission on the analog system thus far (as of 1411 CST).

Also, 460.075 and 460.125 appear to be in use with the new P25 system for passing voice/data, but I am suspicious of 460.075 as the SDS200 shows a frequency of 460.0875 when the analog is showing 460.075. 460.125 matches on the SDS200 and the analog (of course the analog is the usual P25 noise). Maybe someone can investigate the reason for the offset (not sure of channel widths for P25P2, but it might be 460.0875's bandwidth overlaps the old 460.075's analog assignment).

Been hearing same with an occasional ID trap but no audio. Any idea if any other cities plan to join this system?

Standard narrowband on UHF is 6.25 KHz spacing. Also take a look at the FCC data for the system for the correct freqs.

TG 4001 has appeared and is encrypted. TG 64015 appears to be a radio technician TG based on headset adjustment tests, etc.

TG 2029 is active and sounds like possibly Westmoreland PD if I had to guess
Yes, Westmoreland PD is on the new system - would appreciate any help you could provide in helping me program my 996P2 to receive these transmissions. Thanks
