Those are non-trunked frequencies.
DCC=1 means color code 1
LRRP = Location Request Response Protocol
- can provide minimal, noninteresting info like you see above
- can provide lat/long/direction/speed (not shown above)
ARS : Automatic Registration Service
- provides information about subscribed radios available on the network
The only thing really intersting/useful to hobbyists like us all are LRRP when it is actually spitting out lat/long/direction/speed -- allowing you to tack the radios as they move around.
