SUNY New Paltz switched to P25?

In the past few days, the VHF high band channel for SUNY New Paltz PD dispatch (which is simulcast on the 800 Mhz EDACS system as well) has not had any voice traffic; instead, it has had data bursts followed by a CW ID callsign. I suspect they have migrated to P25 digital.

Can anyone in the Ulster or Dutchess County areas confirm this? I don't have any radios capable of handling digital traffic, so I'm not sure what I'm listening to, but the CW ID makes me think it's a discrete P25 digital channel.
