Surveillance Operations on unidentified SNACC TGID 47920

Although all operations have been completed, there has been very interesting traffic on unidentified SNACC TGID 47920.

This is definitely Law Enforcement related!

Program this TGID (47920) into your scanner as traffic can resume at anytime.

Please help me identify what agency is actually belongs to as TGID 47920 does not fall into any of the standard Law Enforcement TGID numbering schemes on SNACC and is not in the Radio Reference Database.
