Would anyone happen to know what System Survival Flight 13 and 14 use? Are they getting dispatched via MARCS, or their own system?

I think they use Outerlink IRIS...satellite based. I have heard them on MARCS before giving medical report to the Columbus Hospitals and talking to Columbus MedComm on XMEDFLT.

Yes, dispatching on satellite (I read once where their dispatch office is but it's nowhere near Ohio). MARCS radios only for interop and hospital reports.
