I read about it in the Joplin Globe.
http://www.joplinglobe.com/
According to the article, someone called in a suspicious vehicle with possible pipe bombs on the roof, which was driven by a Middle Eastern individual.
When stopped by deputy sheriffs, the man told them that they would have to consult with the FBI and CIA; he refused to answer any other questions. (NO KIDDING!)
The OHP Bomb Squad confirmed no explosives, and the Oklahoma City FBI office was notified. According to the newspaper, the man was an Israeli without a passport or visa and was released the same day. The FBI referred all questions to the Delaware County Sheriff's Department, but the undersheriff was unavailable for comment.
I have seen nothing further in either The Globe or local TV stations. j c
