Has anyone picked up anything on either of Susquehanna county’s P25 towers lately (Montrose and New Milford) can’t seem to get anything from them.

Assuming PA-STARNet is the system in question based on the site names you provided: A majority of activity on the system statewide comes from PSP (state police) and they are encrypted full time. There may not be very much carried on these sites "in the clear", PennDOT perhaps? Try listening during morning & evening rushes to see if you can at least pick up activity from PennDOT. Their talkgroups usually bustle nonstop with chatter during snowstorms. You didn't specify what make & model scanner you are using but if it discriminates traffic based on service type (Uniden x36HP, SDSx00, HP-1 & 2) you'll want to turn on "Public Works" so PennDOT traffic comes through

My scanner is a Uniden bcd325P2. It is capable of p25 systems and I do occasionally get some talk groups to come through with no audio. I can see it switching to the talk channels and receive the data from the control channel also just no sound. Thanks,

Usually indicative of encryption. Likely PSP

I regularly hear fire and police from that county…but not on p25
