Sussex county Delaware feed

I host the Sussex county/ seaford fire Sussecx county Delaware, we had a storm come through and lost power. I reset the feed now I have no audio. Scanner has audio I am using a sds200 cable is plugged into to headphone jack of scanner and headphone port of laptop I am lost why there is no audio
Can someone suggest what I can do?

What software are you using to feed the audio to Broadcastify? I suggest checking your audio input settings, making sure your line input is selected and that whatever software you're using is also set to your line input.
