Sussex County road dept and JCPL FREQUENCIES?

Anyone able to help me to locate a frequency for either of the above? We have a winter weather watch and might need them. Thanks Ron

If you decide to program it, Talk Groups 1616 - System Ops Red Bank RDO, and 1872 - Express Trouble Center are the ones to monitor during storms.

I put the road department in but I guess its tooo hard to put in the trunking for JCPL for me until I learn. Does the PL mean anything to me? Lost power twice in the last two stormes for 16 hours and didn't know what JCPL was doing. Maybe next storm.
I just tried to put it in but I picked Mot and standard 800Mhz not Splinter 800Mhz and it said out of range as the frequency was 939.16250
Is this a Motorola system???
I did get the frequencies in the conventional group.
How do I trunk it and listen to 1616. I'm north at Dover or Newton. Thanks Ron
