Sussex Road Department

I have 33.06 in my scanner but never hear anything on it. Not even during last nights ice storm. Are there any other freq's the road department uses? I'd like to hear what's going on durinf the bad weather. I am fairly new to this hobby, so any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
