For aircraft emergencies (including medical and passenger related) and maintenance issues, I've found that monitoring the Collins (formerly ARInc) frequencies quite interesting. If the aircraft is out of range to contact it's company dispatcher on a company freq, they contact Collins, who connects them to the airline company dispatcher via phone patch.

I am trying to add all these frequencies to an "AirInc' Favorites List for my SDS-100 using the Sentinel software. I am unable to find the frequencies in the RadioRef database and have tried to add these conventional frequencies to list. When I try to scan the list with the manually added frequencies the radio says "Nothing To Scan". Any recommendation as to how I might successfully find or manually add the channels to a Favorites List for my scanner?

They're in the database, you just have to find them among the major airports. Pick a big one in each ARINC region to find those frequencies.
