Switzerland county and orange county Indiana sincet

I was in this county. I couldn't pick it up I tried out the p25 and analog frequencies, but they didn't come in too luckily in the next county over I picked it up not the orange county Indiana. Plus, also the Belterra radio frequencies for the gaming commission didn't pick up

Switzerland county uses the Indiana Safe-T trunked system pretty often and FM for fire paging. They do use the DMR frequencies occasionally as well. The casino is licensed for a TRBO system, but I've never made any attempts to program/monitor it.
As for Orange County(law, fire, ems) they're on Safe-T and also use NXDN frequencies. Some of which are encrypted. I've also never tried monitoring the resorts or casino there.
