sync: no sync?

can someone explain to me what im doing wrong? im using dsd+ the paid version and connected trough a discone antenna outside, kinda get it on all frequenys i tap into, sometimes il get Sync: +dPMR e:3888 or something, but nothing else like ive seen on youtube. or some who can direct me to a good youtube video which explains it.

If your not decoding dPMR, uncheck it in Decoder options. If you are decoding dPMR, reduce your bandwidth to the appropriate setting. Also, I do see it do that when I have dPMR (none near me that I know of ) checked and the gain is maxed out.. Your gain is also maxed out. Reduce your gain as your receiving a ton of noise.
