Syracuse NY/Utica NY area need help

So I live in the above area, and am having a terrible time getting new frequencies programmed correctly. I've added a couple but hear nothing.
I'm wondering of someone in that are could maybe video chat with me or even meet at a public library to help me out. thanks

From prior posts it looks like he wants to program conventional analog frequencies on a Unication G5. I am not familiar with Unication software so I couldn't give any specific help.

Unication G5 and NYS Fair 2024 frequencies.

I have the G5 that I am using as a scanner. I'd like to add frequencies to cover inside the State Fair Grounds. I'm looking for like: AMR, NYSP, Fire/Rescue. anything I could get from JOC. I found this (see attached) last year but I don't know where to find the actual frequencies. I looked on...
