Found a control channel this morning on 464.225 which decoded on my scanner as a Connect Plus site.

Correct. During enhanced propagation I picked up some other CCs for this system.

Hints that it's not a Canadian system:

- System ID 171
- Canadian activity in 464-465MHz is primary simplex, not repeaters (some few exceptions though).

I figured it was too good to be true. I never know about new systems ahead of anyone else.
