Maybee I dont quite understand your question but SUSCOM is the name of thr Delaware State Police side of the dispatch center. They dispatch for most of the towns police depts and all the DSP

I'm aware of that I heard dsp trooper 4 going to md for an mva and trooper 4 was told to make contact thru maryland syscom

SYSCOM operates on 44.74 and 47.66. The 47.66 freq is usually used for patient information to the hospital once airborne from the incident scene.

And "suscom" is the Delaware State Police dispatch channel in Sussex County.
