System 1 new TGID

Hey all, been hearing Barstow PD on TGID 17296, it's the same dispatcher on the other two talkgroups of theirs and same units numbers. Just wanted to see if anyone else had noticed it?

That's their Tac 2 talk group. They have PD1 and Tac 1, and PD2 and Tac 2. That goes back to when they primarily operated on System 2.
