System 2008 CC

On and off I hear a weak N48 control channel on 164.355, which appears to be this system:

There may be some other sites within listening range of Ottawa and W. Quebec.

I checked my listings in SDR# and show these frequencies:

L-2008 13 164.355
L-2008 12 166.200

Not much new recently.

IC database shows 164.355 CC site located at Rigaud, with VCs 164.490, 166.050, and 166.290 (unconfirmed though I've heard N48 VC sound on them at various times, when propagation is good).
