Used RR database and Freescan to program my BC396. Just noticed either freescan or the Dbase loaded a 4 sec hold time for Cobb p25 and a 2 sec hold time for Fulton MotII trunking. I changed then to 0.. Unsure why I'd use anything but 0. Suggestions ?
