I'd hazard a guess that it's Transit Ch 2. Last time there, they were quite chatty, most of the
system activity was Transit, with a bit of Bylaw.

That would make sense.

Last time I was there, I'm pretty sure I heard them talking about either clipping a pedestrian or a vehicle on the main channel, then they went to this one.

So ya, you're probably right - Transit Ch. 2. I'd like to tag it as such, but I'm not up in Kingston all that often so I don't get to listen to there system enough to be able to confirm.
