Tabby 11 95-006 T-1A Jayhawk working another aircraft that can not be seen on ADS-B but I believe they are simulating Air Refueling. I hear them often from Mid TN area. They are out of Columbus AFB MS. Flight level 20,000. Talking about pre contact and ending A/R. Returning to base. Runway 31 CTR. 13,000 pound jet speed 106.
