Hi All,
I am a new member of this group, living in Tasmania, Australia.

Has anyone had any luck with T4Win V:0.94.0.8 in regard to it controlling a second scanner?

I find it displaying talk groups and radio id's ok with EDACS Control Channel Frequency discriminator signal inputed to sound card mike-in, but when trying to set up the Controlling Serial Port for control of the second scanner from the drop down window there is no com port listed, only "None" is displayed and nothing else.

I am using Windows 98 SE and the scanner I am trying to control is a BC245XLT the trunking system is EDACS

The Dos based program Etrunk 3.8.3 works fine and controls the BC245XLT ok using a slicer interface on Com2,

Hoping someone may be able to help

Regards
Malcolm

Several folks have reported that their COM ports do not show up in the dropdown list on the receiver panel on Windows 9X. This may get fixed in a later version.

Thanks

Thanks Rick,

This a great program and I find that the Discriminator output of my old Yaesu 9600 fed into the mike input works very well with the EDACS System displaying all groups and ID calls, looking forward to be able to control the second scanner

Best Regards
Malcolm
