Throughout the morning, an individual has been contacting Bradley County dispatchers on TACN talk group 5511 for reception reports from various locations on the outskirts of the county, such as "Weatherly Switch Road at Hamilton County Line." In each instance, an identical test of one of the VHF channels follows. I suspect that a side-by-side comparison of conventional VHF systems and TACN is being prepared for presentation to the 911 board, county commission, or other governing body.
