Taft Electric Company - Electrical Construction Contractor With Over 60 Years of Experience
No matter where you live in California chances are you've probably seen them once or twice in your neighborhood. With a client list a mile long, they do everything from basic wire installation to maintaining traffic signals for CalTrans. Licensed by the FCC as WQQN315, their IG license authorizes them to use 13 UHF frequencies anywhere in the state.

462.8625 | 467.8625
464.5000 | 469.5000
464.5500 | 469.5500
This morning I received multiple hits on 464.5000 D754 - while this is a common business freq known as 'Brown Dot', its not licensed to anyone locally. The hits I logged were simplex, low power and the user seemed to be trouble shooting electrical issues on multiple floors. While I cant verify it was Taft Electric, I do know they are working a few blocks away. If anything, this is a good place to start verifying freqs and tones used by the company.
