Tail Number for LifeGuard 5 in Durango

Anyone know the Tail Number for the Flight for Life Helicopter out of Durango (LG5)?

Only photo I've been able to find shows them standing in front of LG1.

OK, got it figured out.
522AM is LG1 in Denver (Approved to Change to N391LG by FAA)

I've got 392LG as LG2 in Frisco
397LG as LG3 in Colorado Springs
394LG as LG4 in Pueblo

and now
396LG as LG5 in Durango
