Just trying to get a grip on what people's main interests are these days, to help with future designs. I would appreciate any help.

Please place a number next to each of these bands, so as to rank their level of importance to you personally. This is mainly in terms of what you monitor... Not for commercial transmitting. So in other words... You're listing them from 1 to 8, by level of importance.

1 25-50 MHz (Low)

5 118-137 MHz (Civil Air)

8 138-144 MHz (Gov/Mil)

1 144-148 MHz (2m Ham)

7 150-175 MHz (Various VHF)

5 225-400 MHz (Mil)

2 400-510 MHz (UHF Various)

8D 700-950 MHz (Various)

Also... If you could put a 'D' by any band where you feel you could benefit by having directional gain in an antenna for that band... Maybe in a situation where you are trying to intercept signals from the next town over or something.

Thanks,

just need a small boost on 800 MHZ

Thanks to everybody who participated so far... We're learning a little something, I think. Anybody else?
