Talgroup #7400

Monitored a chase earlier today on the Hennepin east site 201. The talkgroup that appeared was 7400. Cant find it after looking. Does anyone know which agency this is?

My guess is it was Pine County's pursuit that was patched with LTAC1 (Wed at around 11:30 or so)

That would be around the right time frame... Heck of a chase. I think the guy bailed and ended up in a pond.
