TALK 1 / TALK 2

Now that NewCastle AND Sussex Counties are listed as having TALK-1 / TALK-2 simplex capability, I'd assume it's available statewide. Anyone hearing activity on these? Significant comms - or just chatter?

Thanks. I assume these are line of sight only and are not repeated via towers??

I no a little bit, sometime fire dept. use TALK_1/TALK_2 went they have
a build fire sometime 800 repeater does not work good in side. For police
if they are cloes and do not want all of the county to hear. The talk channel are used
