Talk-group # 54160

Does anyone know who talk-group # 54160 belongs to? It is either off the Kingstree or Georgetown tower. Have searched and can not find it. Been hearing chatter on it for about a week now.

Can't say for sure, but I've noticed recently other talkgroups pop-up in this range that sound like Probation, Pardon, and Parole. They have all been digital. Keep a listen and let us know what you hear.
