Talk Group 549 (APD System 3)

Today I noticed T4Win picking up digital traffic on TG 549. I had not received traffic on that group before today. There was only one radio ID on the group, it was in the 13000 range, but I dont remember the actual radio ID. I programmed the TG into my LPE-200 and it was encrypted. Since there was only one radio ID the whole time, I am assuming they were testing something.

Anyone have any ideas as to what this TG is (or is going to be)?

APD has system 3 or you talking about site #003 on abq/bern system? if not, system 3 is the new system?

Nothing except for the SO Event 1 group. I have not heard any traffic on any other unusual TG's in a while.
