Jurisdictions in my region primarily use 700 / 800 TRS for public safety. There are instances where identical tgids are used in neighboring / nearby systems for different user groups. Does the P25RX-II software differentiate between identical tgids between systems? I haven't noticed any setting that would make identically numbered tgids unique to one system.

You can define the 'sys_id' and 'WACN' in the TG editor menu for each individual talkgroup.

For scanning...
I believe Todd has this on his list of improvements for the scanning release when scanning systems with duplicate tgids.

Unless there is a new bug, then there shouldn't be an issue with duplicate TGID records. The WACN and SYS_ID are used in the TG lookup and make records unique. There was a change somewhat recently that does allow duplicate records (same TGID, WACN, SYS_ID), but with a unique zone. This allows you to have talk groups that are active in multiple zones.

Lol, I just noticed that the sysid and WACN are defined for each tgid - for some reason, I didn't notice this before.
