talk groups

when viewing radio refrence, i am seeing talk groups but no frequincies for them. i am new to programming my pro-197 radio shack scanner. i understand how to put in a talkgroup. but i see more talkgroups for examle north carolina highway patrol. it shows talk groups but no frequincies what am i missing.

I assume you are referring to the VIPER System. The frequencies are listed at the top of the page. Pick a site, enter it's frequencies, then enter the talk groups you want to listen too.
