These are old Talk Wireless trunking channels that they have rented (sold???) to various bus lines. They are region wide, not just Ft. Erie.
From what I see:

164.115 DPL 205 Sharp Bus Lines St. Catharines. Grimsby, Lincoln area
164.550 DPL 205 Sharp Bus Lines Welland, NF, Pelham, Pt. Colborne area.
164,430 PL 131.8 Student Transport Canada (STC)
164.490 PL 151.4 Unknown Bus Line

I think the 168 MHz frequencies are repeater inputs looking at the TAFL database but I could be wrong.

The RR database entries should be changed to show these at a Niagara Region (County) level as they are not just Ft. Erie.

So, I just asked my friend who drove for Canpar (the old Fort Erie Transit company), Dunn the Mover, and now drives for Switzer Carty. I have been told that Dunn the Mover is no longer in business, and it is all 100% Switzer Carty now.

The old company that used to run the Fort Erie Transit is no longer doing it as it is now the Niagara Region Transit peoples. So, it's definitely interesting. I would say that you are more than likely hearing First Student, Sharp, or maybe even some Attridge buses.

The 166.1250 PL 13.1.8 is out here in Hamilton but I haven't listened to it enough to figure out what bus company it is.
