TalkGroup 10-004?

I've just started scanning intellegently (Rather than just dancing happily when I found something to listen to) and while programming in my Text Labels for the freq's I knew, I pulled up talkgroup 10-004. It sounded like NHP, but it's not listed on the NSRS Trunked list, I was wondering if anyone knew who it was?

It is most likely a patch between two or more talk groups and this happens with great regularity. Patch IDs' have had "agency" IDs' of 08 and 10 for NHP.

Don't suppose there's any Elko natives running around for me to learn from? I know a lot of people consider 'Las Vegas' all of Nevada
