Talkgroup 4121 on State DTRS

I have been running Pro96com on my scanner recently and have identified many new talkgroups on the system. I seem to notice tg 4121 on the system appears on several different towers. Does anyone know what talkgroup this is?

That was identified by others at one point as possibly being Sable Altura FD. Does it sound like that kind of traffic?

It is definately Sable-Altura fire. Dispatched by ADCOM.

One source is of the impression that S-A had no confidence in the Aurora Pro-Voice system. Another feels it was political.
