Talkgroup 4584

Hey guys,

I put my scanner on wildcard to see if I could pickup any new talk groups and I ran into 4584. I checked the MPSCS database here on RR and found nothing. I only here it every now and then but I believe it's law enforcement. Does anyone know who this is?
