Talkgroup ID 13506

I just got my Uniden BCD396T in the mail the other day, and have been messing around with it. I did a bulk download for the area of Oregon to my scanner. Also, I live on the NE side of Portland.

Earlier tonight I caught what appears to be an encrypted channel with the Talkgroup ID of 13506. This shows up on the APCO P25 system of U.S. Dept. of Justice: Integrated Wireless Network (IWN). The frequency shows 170.9875. According to the database, the repeater is in Beaverton. Anybody have any idea what this is?

IWN is a nationwide P25 trunking system run by the US Department of Justice. FBI, US CBP, US ICE, ATF, and other agencies are on it.

You can catch traffic in the clear on it once in a while. I heard such traffic a few weeks ago with local units.
