Talkgroup labeled fully encrypted, but Broadcastify calls show it in the clear?

I don't understand why some talkgroups are labeled as being fully encrypted, yet the broadcastify calls for that TG sound in the clear or sometimes partial encryption? Is this because the talkgroup was mislabeled, or did the talkgroup suddenly become unencrypted again?

If it were me and I was hearing a talk group in the clear that is labeled as ENC, I'd just keep listening and enjoy.

Some agencies, such as Baltimore and Chicago PD's, are fully encrypted but have delayed feeds through Broadcastify.

if you are hearing something incorrect, then PLEASE make a DB submission to fix it, based on actual Scanner/over the Air monitoring and not a FEED
