Talkgroup Monitor: Version 3.3 now available

I've released another version of my Talkgroup Monitor program.

Fixes in this version:

• When reading frequencies in from the titles.txt file, the program was not handling frequencies containing four digits after the decimal place properly, this resulted in the program not finding title matches for those frequencies.
  
• Modified to handle problem where, when monitoring an EDACS system, at least some older Uniden scanners returned the frequency along with the talkgroup, the Talkgroup Monitor was not expecting the frequency portion which caused the program to not find the appropriate title in the titles.txt file.
  
• When using an older Uniden scanner, the program was stripping the leading 0 from EDACS talkgroup ID's.

I personally want to thank Gordon for working so hard on the EDACS issue & leading zero problem I was having with TGM on my BC898T. He did an awesome job!!!
