Talkgroup question (Hillsborough county)

I was listening to the East system for the Hillsborough County Sheriff 851.7000 yesterday and the talkgroup id popped up on the screen: 294 02-046 D HCSO Aviat D I heard the dispatcher talking didn't hear anyone else respond is there not a channel frequency tied in to this talkgroup?

It's because the helicopters transmit in digital EDACS (Provice) on that talkgroup, so you will only hear the dispatch console.

Thank you for the information something new I just learned. Don't know much about the EDAC's for HCSO is there a way I can way to read up about it?

If I wanted to add Tampa Police department which option in the R/R database for ProScan do I choose from the Tampa option which has Tampa Police and Tampa Fire/EMS or use the Hillsborough Public Safety that has both Tampa Police & Tampa Fire under the East System and West System talk groups.
