Does anybody have an ID on those two talkgroups that operate on the fire frequencies? I haven't heard it yet but suspect 34160 is in the group too. It appears to be police activity of some sort.

I was listening to those tg's exclusively for a while this morning trying
to figure out who they are. At first I thought they may have been
District Protective Services [who I identified as operating on 34832
& 34864 of this system], but they sound more like a contract/private
security company or utility. It may be hard to figure out who they are
since they usually refer to locations by 'post x', etc.

Thanks dc2wheel. I'm still stumped too. I notice they use the same 10 codes as the DC police department (like the 10-99 and 10-4 indicating one and two man cars which is unique to DC in this area as far as I know) and that they also have K9 at their disposal. I too was thinking they may have been part of the Protective Services but their language is different. Let me know if you come up with any conclusions.

How 'bout Watkins Security Agency? They have the contract to do the DC Public Schools security. I earlier heard them refer to Ron Brown and Coolidge, 2 public schools in DC, on 34128.

Yeah, I sort of narrowed it down to school security or public library security. I ended up locking them out lately since there was very little interesting on them this summer, but now that school's back in maybe I should open them back up. Unfortunately robberys/shootings/etc. are pretty likely at the schools here.
