ok, when i look at the talkgroups for belmont county i see "DEC" the decimal format for programming trunktrackers, my question is this...when i program a new talkgroup is there someplace these numbers are supposed to go or do i even use these numbers?

Yes, you use the DEC numbers. The manual should tell you how to enter them.
