Google offers lots of radio rental places, not likely to have a shop (or even a local presence). Here's the only place I could find that's likely to have technicians on site.

Ci is in tampa, Bear Comm is int ampa, and Dana Public Safety is also in tampa.

I know here in Alachua county they do it in house, they have a county radio shop.
