Tampa FR on MacDill system

I was able to monitor full duplex conversations on the MacDill Air Force Base Trunking System, Tampa, Florida - Scanner Frequencies MacDill system, talkgroup 12800, but now am only hearing the first second or so then 396Xt continues scanning. No settings have been changed, have tried changing modulation from all to digital only, no luck. Can anybody else get these comm's on their radio or is it just me ( a setting problem)?

Not hearing a thing at the moment. I've found that this TG is hit or miss. Some days they simulcast, some days they don't. Never had a problem receiving transmissions when they do, FWIW.

And FYI, I've also heard TFR on 12802, 12806, and 12832.
