Recently Hillsborough Count Aviation Authority put a LTR system on line and moved pd over to the LTR system. The Conventional frequency of 453.400 was then vacant.
Now airport PD is running APCO25 transmissions on the old conventional frequency of 453.4. This is not trunked at this time. PD is still patched all traffic also on the analoge LTR system - for now.
