Ok, so i know that my request isn't as glamorous as a house fire or a airplance crash, so i bow accordingly and here it goes. I am looking for any information in regards to the radio frequencies for the Target distribution center here in Topeka on 57th street (T-3803). The reason for asking here as opposed to the frequencies wanted area is that for the most part, everyone here is somewhat local. I know that they(Target) are using Kenwood mobiles and portables, and according to the R/R database, they have 4 freq. in the 467.xxx range. Unfortunately, i have all of those plugged into my 780 and zilch so far. Can anyone that is in the Topeka area provide any insight? I doubt they can afford encryption, especially for normal retail operations, so i am thinking that the radios are set for low power operation thereby not allowing a signal to bleed out through the 8" or so thick concrete walls. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanked for in advance. God bless to one and all.

that license shows them limited to two watts output, so you will have to be very close to hear them. If they are inside a warehouse then you will have to even closer.
