As of 1900 Hrs, I'm getting a weak signal on my BCD 325P2 that doesn't have DMR. The 436 which does have DMR, the signal is too weak, can't hear anything.
The more and more I am listening, the more I think TG 6 is for Club/Premium Seating and possibly TG 8 is for Events since Event Managers where heard up here.. TG 4 seems more Maintenance/Engineering type operations alone. Nothing yet heard on TG 10, and still haven't figured out TG 2 and 3.
The system could very well be down... or could the system be rotating control channels that are not in the database? Has anyone determined that what the main rest channel is? I did a little research and it looks like they have a bunch of frequencies licensed to them on TAFL

I think they lowered the power. There are only the two repeater pairs listed, 451.9375 & 453.5375 and a scan between 450-470 and checking the other licensed frequencies comes up blank. Now between where I live and TD is only about a dozen or so blocks, so I did hear it when I was at the corner of Bay & York turning north but nothing at my home. I might just walk down there in the next few days to check it out.
So I took a walk down to the TD Coliseum yesterday and it does look like it's low power (similar to how the ACC and Skydome are like).. you basically have to be just outside to pick it up.
