I am thinking of getting a newer scanner but I am wondering about Phase 2. Do I need TDMA in MI? If TDMA is coming should I wait? I don't want to buy one and have it obolete in a couple years.

All you need is phase 1 ,but there could be any day when they switch to phase 2,now let me ask you this: Do you think they have enough money to switch? I say be prepared!Get the latest and greatest if you are into the hobby and have the funds.Ps anything can be obsolete,anytime..
